2017 Mitsubishi Outlander near Cleveland, OH
Drivers in the market for a family-friendly vehicle may find it difficult to determine exactly which model is going to best fit their needs and meet their expectations. In the past, minivans were really the only option for families who needed more than five seats. However, a lot has changed since then, and SUVs are becoming the go-to choice for larger families.
Our team here at Spitzer Mitsubishi is going to explore the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander to give drivers a better understanding of exactly what this SUV has to offer. With seating for up to seven, everyone will be able to come along for the ride. There’s plenty of room for extra belongings, and the seating arrangement is flexible depending on the ratio of passengers and cargo. Let’s dig deeper to see what the Outlander has to offer.
The first three models of the 2017 Outlander lineup are set with a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine. The top model is set with a more powerful 3.0-liter V-6 engine.
Similar to the engine, the first three models are equipped with a continuously variable transmission, and the top model has a 6-speed automatic with paddle shifters.
The models set with the CVT average 25 mpg in the city and 30 on the highway. The top model gets 20 mpg in the city and 27 on the highway.
